PRICING - All prices are subject to change without notice.
STATUS - Distributor/Dealer status is granted to those entities purchasing products from Davidson Products & Services, LLC (DPS) and reselling them to other dealers at a wholesale price or retail customers at the appropriate List prices. DPS reserves the right to deny Distributor/Dealer status to any individual or organization, or to terminate Distributor/Dealer status previously held by any individual or organization. DPS reserves the right to deny customer status to any individual or organization, or to terminate customer status previously held by any individual or organization.
FREIGHT
- S&H and applicable taxes will be added to all orders.
RETURNED
CHECKS - All
returned checks are subject to $25 fee.
RETURNS - Merchandise may not be
returned without approval by Davidson Products & Services, LLC (DPS). Refunds and exchanges will be made at
our option. Return may be subject
to a 10% restocking charge. If
return is authorized you must: (1) provide original sales receipt or invoice, (2) return only unopened bottles with
seals intact, (3) return in original carton and packaging, (4) make return
within 15 days of receipt of goods, (5) ship freight prepaid--collect shipments
of returns will not be accepted.
TERMS - Davidson Products & Services, LLC reserves the right to deny customer status to any individual or organization, or to terminate customer status previously held by any individual or organization. New customers must submit a signed credit application for approval and signed hard copy of any verbal purchase order prior to shipment of products. Davidson Products & Services, LLC solely reserves the right to extend or deny credit. In consideration for credit being extended, it is agreed that: (1) Payment is jointly, severally, and unconditionally guaranteed within the number of days specified in the terms of the sale as stated on your invoice; (2) Any charges unpaid after the stated number of days in the terms of sale are to be increased by a service fee of 5%, plus an additional fee equal to interest charges allowed by law not to exceed 2% per month; (3) Any charges still outstanding after 90 days from date of delivery are subject to collection, and all collection or arbitration expenses, attorney's fees, and court costs will be borne by the purchaser; (4) Title to all goods shall remain with the creditor until all invoices and additional charges have been paid in full; (5) Additional orders will not be accepted from any account with an overdue balance, and entire balance must be paid before any new orders will be accepted.
WARRANTY - Any warranty on this
product(s) is the manufacturers. The
seller, DPS, makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose: and DPS
neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability
in connection with the sale of this product(s).
This disclaimer by the seller, DPS, in no way affects the terms of any
warranty provided by the manufacturer.
